Your job

• Key responsibilities include the management and continuous updating of calendars, overseeing deadlines, arranging complex travel itineraries including arranging visas, currency, transfers, hotels
• Organize and arrange internal and external meetings as appropriate, preparing, collating and holding all relevant and required papers/information and preparing documents and presentations
• Compile meeting agendas, take minutes and distribute papers and ensure that the Sales Director International has all necessary papers and information for attendance at meetings and record and follow up on action points agreed in meetings and ensure these are completed within agreed timescales
• Manage the arrangements for customers and employees from other offices and companies and act as a point of contact/coordination for the arriving people
• Lead or support, as required the planning and organizing of company events
• Assist with special projects as requested
• In addition, you will be in charge of controlling the inflow of paper and e-mail communication and the preparation of responses and provide full administrative support
• Work closely with your superior in both business and personal matters
• Compiling traveling expenses notes
