Data Engineer m/w/d

01.05.2022 - Fulltime - Stephanskirchen / Hybrid

Your Benefits

Data Engineer

As a Data Engineer it is essential to understand your data and how it is generated. This allows you to structure the different transformations in the most proper way and avoid many of the pitfalls that are hidden in the data, to give high-quality data to Data Scientists, Analysts or to ML applications.

What you tell your friends you do

“You can see a Data Engineer as a plumber. As a Data Engineer, I build pipelines to move data from one place to another. But I am also more than that. In addition to making sure that data is transported from one place to another, we make sure that the quality of data is good for use. We also gauge how the data is going to be used and based on that, we make decisions on how to store it, how best to retrieve it, to process it and so on.”
